What is the refund policy?

There are NO REFUNDS for this event.

What time is registration?

10:00 a.m. for VIP

12:00 p.m. for General Admission  

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No there are no age requirements but 16 and over is recommended.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You can bring smart phone or basic cameras for pictures and videotaping. 

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

You can contact the organizer at the email and telephone provided.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No, it is not transferrable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, you have to bring your printed ticket to the event and you wil be given and actual ticket at registration. 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, that is okay. However, you will need ID.

Are all sessions included in the conference fee?

Yes, all regular sessions are included in your conference registration fee for the date selected. Seats are first come, first served so arrive early to be sure you'll get a good seat.

Is lunch included in my registration fee?

Yes, light lunch for all tickets holders but there are fees for beverages. 

Is there a group discount?

There are discounts for small groups (10 or more). Call 877-204-5220 to inquire.

Is there parking?

There are several parking garages in the area and street parking. Please come early to find a space near the event venue.

Where do I pick up my name badge and registration bag?

In the registration area, located in the lobby.

Are there accommodations for special needs or food for dietary restrictions at the conference?

What should I wear to the conference? 

Business casual attire is fine. 

Should I stay all day?

We highly encourage you to plan to stay all day from 10:00 a.m. or 12:00 - 5:30 p.m. to get the most out of the conference.

What if I'm late? 

We strongly encourage attendees to arrive early for the event as seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We have guest speakers and activities and that you won’t want to miss. However, if you are late we will happily accommodate you.

Are cell phones allowed?

Yes, but we ask that you turn them to vibrate or silent as to not interfere with the event.

Can I bring my baby/child or Pet with me to the event?

No one under the age of 16 is permitted without adult (must have a paid ticket) to attend the event. No pets unless service dogs.

Can men attend?

Of course! This conference is beneficial to both men and women. 

Can I purchase tickets onsite? 

No tickets will be sold at the event venue.
